Refund Policy

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 to 4 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders / laundry have been collected and confirmed.
  • No cancellation of orders placed after pickup the laundry / Dry cleaning.
  • In case you feel that our service is not as per our commitment, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 to 4 hours of receiving the delivery. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • Refunds will be settled in 30 working days from the request received.
  • All refunds will be followed as per term and condition.
  • No cancellation of orders will be entertained once Pickup boy out for pickup the laundry / Dry cleaning.
