For bookings through website, you put in your contact details with pick-up and delivery slots and pick up boy will be there in time. If you have missed your pickup / delivery, you can simply reschedule it by calling at our customer care number and we will reschedule it.

We try our best to ensure that your clothes get delivered to you at the promised time. All wash, dry and fold orders will be returned in 24 hours. In case we’re overloaded 48 working hours, please bear with us.

We understand what hygiene means to you when it comes to your clothes. We do not mix any of your clothes with those of others in order to maintain hygiene. We label each washer, dryer and laundry cart with your identifying information.

Any items determined to have been damaged / lost by Laundrydunia will be reimbursed in accordance with in terms & condition. Please read carefully .

We wash all your garments individually in a separate machine for hygiene reasons. Even if it is a single garment it shall be washed separately. However, the charge start from 50/- per Kg. to Rs.150/- per Kg. depending upon service chosen by you, Subject to one lot / minimum order is 4.0 Kg applicable. (Please refer Price List for more details)  

Steam Press is charged on per piece basis based on the garments you want to get ironed. Please refer our charges. a

Yes, it will help to our team / pick up riders, who put your clothes in suitable bags.

Please note that all clothes are washed in a single lot without any segregation. If whites / black are required to be washed separately, it shall be considered as a separate load and be charged accordingly. Please notify at the time of booking & our representative that you require a separate wash for whites / blacks.

Blankets are usually large in volume and washing them with regular garments will result in a lower wash quality. Also, most of the blankets bleed color and is advisable to get them washed separately.
